Hi, I’m Stephanie
Great meeting you! I started consulting because of my passion for school nutrition, and unique combination of expertise in nutrition, food service, culinary, and sustainability. I have a B.S. in Food Science from Clemson University, and began my career as a Food Service Director in schools. My supplemental roles included Regional Food Production Specialist, Northeast Region's Registered Dietitian, and National Menu Developer. In those roles, I led site transitions to more wholesome cooking methods, grew student participation, lowered operational expenses while driving revenue, trained front line associates and managers, enhanced food allergy management policy and procedures, executed marketing and promotions, created recipes and menus that met local, state, and federal regulations, launched zero waste and farm to school programs, and was national culinary and nutrition support for all operators in the K-12 line of business.
The more time I spent supporting districts at a national level, I realized the best way to drive results in schools and communities is to partner locally, one-on-one.
